Performance Leadership Institute, Inc. was founded with the intent to bring practical, real-world and time-tested assistance, programs and recommendations to our law enforcement clients. For this reason, we have assembled a team that includes a wide variety of expertise, countless years of experience with law enforcement organizations, and a myriad of perspectives and proven successes. Our team is led by PLI's owner and senior consultant-April Lee. April brings in specific unique expertise from a range of law enforcement and public safety experts to serve clients needs. Each of these additional team members brings with them unique experience in the field as well as proven success in working with clients.
