Jason founded Paramount Structures Inc. (PSI) in 2006. In 2009, PSI was acquired by Horizon North Logistics (HNL). For the next four years, Jason continued to lead PSI as the Vice President of Business Development.
In November 2013, he bought back PSI from HNL and put together a strong and experienced executive team in order to satisfy customer demand for blast resistant modular structures (BRM's). In 2012, Jason was recognized as a status member of the Qalipu Mi'kmaq First Nation Band and currently holds Aboriginal Status in Canada.
Lane Cummins is a safety professional with over twenty-three years' experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of safety programs. Lane has consulted to several oil & gas companies internationally and domestically that have had numerous socio-economic challenges. Lane also served as a Safety Manager for an Oil and Gas company in Yemen where he managed a team of 20 safety professionals. Lane is a Certified Health and Safety Consultant and is in good standing with the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers.
