Breeding for improvement in a way that stays true to the original breed standard is central to our philosophy. Taking an active interest in the promotion and direction of the PRE around the world, we keep in touch with developments in Spain and other countries to continuously expand our knowledge of the breed and bloodlines. This helps inform our breeding programme. We are active members of ACPRE NZ, the NZ Association which aims to promote and preserve the PRE horse in our country... Our name was chosen for both the origins of the PRE breed, the Iberian peninsula, and the significance in the reason for our existence. "Corban" means a gift or offering (to God). We feel very fortunate to have received a gift in the amazing PREs that have come to us.
