As a General Contractor, we will join your project team as the design process nears completion. Our team performs General Contract assignments on both a negotiated contract as well as a bid basis... As Construction Managers, Rainey Construction is equipped for providing service on an "at-risk" basis where we become responsible for guaranteeing performance or as an owner's agent whereby the client holds all individual contracts. Either way we're prepared to team up under a negotiated contract or the typical bid process and utilize past experience to provide a prompt schedule and quality construction.
