Amanda Rusin oversees Regis Corporation's legal department, including mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, and employment related matters, in addition to the procurement/sourcing and real estate/leasing functions. Ms. Rusin joined Regis Corporation in 2018 as SVP, General Counsel and Secretary. Before joining Regis, Ms. Rusin served as the Assistant General Counsel at Polaris Industries. Prior to joining Polaris, she held both business and legal positions at Cargill, Incorporated. She started her legal career in private practice at Briggs and Morgan law firm in Minneapolis. Ms. Rusin holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota and a BA from American University, Washington DC.

Andrew Lacko was appointed to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2017. Before joining Regis Corporation, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Financial Planning, Analysis and Corporate Development, of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., since 2015 and as Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis of Hertz Global Holdings beginning in January, 2014. Before joining Hertz, Mr. Lacko served as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis at First Data Corp., from 2013 to January 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Lacko served in senior financial planning and analysis and investor relations roles at Best Buy Co., Inc. from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Lacko holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.

Chad Kapadia - CTO, EVP

Chad Kapadia is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Regis Corporation. In this role, Mr. Kapadia heads Product Engineering and Information Technology. Mr. Kapadia brings nearly 25 years of technology experience to Regis in his role as CTO. Most recently, Mr. Kapadia served as Head of Engineering at Target Corporation's New Ventures and Accelerators. Prior to Target Corporation, Mr. Kapadia served in technology positions of increasing responsibility including Chief Technology Officer and Product Head at Swissclear Global, Inc. and as an Engineering Leader and founding member of Netflix, Inc.'s Content Platform Engineering and Media Pipeline. Mr. Kapadia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, East Bay.

Jim Lain joined Regis Corporation in 2013 as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. With more than 25 years of operations leadership experience, Mr. Lain oversees field operations for more than 7,000 corporate stores as well as Regis' salon operations support team. Mr. Lain was with Gap Inc. for eight years where he most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Gap Specialty Stores in the United States and Canada, leading a $2.5 billion business with 750 stores. Prior to his experience with Gap, Mr. Lain was Vice President of Operations at Galyan's Trading Company Inc. / Dick's Sporting Goods and held several field management positions at Target Stores Inc.

Kersten Zupfer - CFO, SVP

Kersten Zupfer was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in November 2017. In this role, Ms. Zupfer has responsibility for all of Regis' accounting, external financial reporting, and financial controls, including, SEC reporting, accounting policy, and technical accounting. She joined Regis in 2007 serving in a range of accounting leadership roles. Ms. Zupfer holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a certified public accountant (inactive). She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Zupfer started her career at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Laura Alexander

Laura Alexander is the Senior Vice President, Merchandise at Regis Corporation. In this role, Ms. Alexander leads Regis' merchandising activities, including global supply chain, e-commerce and franchise product sales.
