We handled number of marine casualties such as fires on board of the vessels, including fires caused by shiprepair yeards, collisions, groundings, breakage of a large floating dock under tow in the Indian Ocean, damages to port installations, piers, struck of walking bridge in Palanga, struck of an antique bridge in the port of Liepaja etc. We also handled number of ship arrest/release cases, disputes on title in the vessels, personal injury and loss of life cases, advised and legally supported the Clients in shipbuilding, ship sale-purchase, chartering in/out projects, procuring P&I and H&M insurances. We advice some of the local freight forwarders and handle their claims. We also handle CMR disputes...
