When I was a young man I used to go with my father on remodeling jobs. I learned the trade like most young people, by "trial and error" and a few patient boss's. Every couple of years, new and exciting projects would allow me to expand my knoledge in othe areas of residential contracting. Later some commercial contracting. I became a Journeyman carpenter in Florida in 1981. Owned a home inprovement business in Michigan... I settled in Republic and became a licenced contractor soon after. It seemed everyone wanted me to do different types of work. I would hire "temporary" help during the summer and I grew in customer strength. Good help was truley hard to find. 15 years ago I found an awsome employee. She learned far more than my greatest expectations and has become my "right arm". I married her 11 years ago and moved to Bois D'arc. We wanted to upgrade our services, so we enrolled at Vatterott College's Building Maintenance course. I told Terena that I would make her my partner "if"..
