Deborah Davies was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She received her certificate in Fire Service Leadership from Dalhousie University in March 2016 and her certificate in Emergency Management Public Sector Emergency Management with Honours from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2018. In 2015, she joined Saskatoon Emergency Measures Organization as the Emergency Measures Coordinator. Deborah is a second generation firefighter with 24 years of experience and is a qualified Fire Officer. She is also a critical incident stress management team member and a primary care paramedic

Diane Akister

​Diane Akister is a wife, a mother of 3, Mother in law of 2, a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a niece and a cousin. She is a friend, and a mentor in many ways. She is EMO for the Town of Biggar and is a certified Competent Safety Leader through the Sask. Motor Safety Association; a Corporate Administrator and assistant to the Safety Officer at Rack Petroleum in Biggar for the past 12 years.

​Ed Fonger is the Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator as well as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Swift Current. Ed is happy to be a part of the SEPA Board and is interested in bringing people together to make connections. Ed thinks that networking is essential in Emergency Management and likes to point out that the time to get your colleagues informed and relations established is before an emergency occurs not at the time of an emergency. Ed is Harley Davidson enthusiast as well as an avid photographer who in his "free time" is a Sports Photographer, Ed has a passion to photograph Astronomy, Wildlife and in the spring, and summer enjoys chasing storms to capture mother nature at her best

​Joline Watt resides in Milden, Saskatchewan with her family. She is a farmer's wife and mother of four children. She has worked in Healthcare field for 25 + years both in in-scope and out-of-scope positions. 2015 to present she has been part of the Emergency Management Team for Saskatchewan Health Authority. She has been with Rosetown EMO for 4 years. She has received training in the following: Continuing Care Aide, Office Administration, Basic Emergency Management, ICS, TES Crisis Response Training, First Responder Terrorism Awareness, PART, TLR, Respiratory Fit Training and CASARA Joline volunteers with OHC committees, Chair of Rosetown KidKare Inc, Milden Venture Committee, Wheatland Library Board, Milden Rink Board and Milden Hall.

Margaret Housek

​A Primary Care paramedic since 2009, Margaret has worked EMS in multiple locations across the province and has been the EMS coordinator in Beechy since 2017. She is involved in the community on many levels, including being on the EMO committee and volunteering with multiple organizations. Margaret is also a Red Cross instructor up to the EMR level and a functional healthcare coach. She is passionate about helping people live healthier lives, and ensuring that they are prepared for whatever circumstances they may encounter. She loves to travel, cook, dance, read and compose the odd piece of music.
