SIMS International Ltd. has been acquired by TIMS Holding B.V. in December 2013. The former co-owner/chairman of SIMS International Ltd. is managing director of TIMS Holding B.V. All the activities of SIMS International Ltd. are now fully integrated in TIMS Holding B.V. which means that the simulations, next to stand-alone deliveries, can also be integrated in management development offerings and consulting assignments of TIMS Holding B.V.
