Alison joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2006, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. In 2018 Alison became a Director of SureMove.
With a wealth of experience Alison deals with many residential property matters to include, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases and transfer of equity whether they relate to freehold or leasehold. She has a vast amount of experience in purchasing new build properties and the equity share schemes that are available to purchasers and provided by the government.
Alison has built many solid working relationships with developers and estate agents, both locally and further afield. We adopt a client friendly service which means that the transactions can be dealt with via telephone, email, post ort face to face.
Outside work Alison enjoys music and is a member of a female choir.
Aryanna joined SureMove in March 2022, from a firm of Solicitors in Peterborough.
She is currently studying for her Conveyancing Qualification with CLC.
Aryanna enjoys travelling, hiking and swimming in her spare time.
Gemma recently joined SureMove in 2022 after 5 years working for a local estate agent as a senior negotiator, meaning she has lots of experience in handling a variety of situations within the industry.
Gemma has a very bubbly personality and will always go out of her way to help with any queries you may have throughout the transaction.
Out of the office Gemma enjoys walking her dog Ghost, playing football, and socialising wuth her family & friends.

Helen Tudor - Chartered Legal Executive
Helen joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2011. She has over 30 years conveyancing experience and is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Land Law, Conveyancing, Contract Law and Law of Tort.
Helen is friendly and helpful making her an asset to SureMove.

Jayne joined SureMove in April 2023 as a legal cashier. Jayne has over 30 years Legal Accounts experience with law firms both in London and Peterborough.

Kate joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2006 and has over 25 years of conveyancing experience. Kate is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives having specialised in Land Law, Conveyancing, Probate and Succession, and Landlord and Tenant.

Katrina joined Suremove in 2017 after 6 years working in the industry for a local estate agent which means she has lots of experience in handling a variety of situations. She always welcomes conveyancing enquiries and helps guide clients throughout the transaction. In her spare time Katrina enjoys socialising with family and friends, shopping and cooking.

Kelly is a Licensed Conveyancer and Director at Sure Move Property Lawyers. She formed SureMove in 2004 and was responsible for launching and managing the Bourne office. She is an experienced Property Lawyer having specialised in residential conveyancing since 1997 having worked for a few large law firms in the area.
Kelly deals with all types of property transactions including sales and purchases, both leasehold and freehold, transfers of equity and re-mortgages. Our recommendations mainly come from agents, lenders, developers, intermediaries and their clients together with strong recommendations and endorsements from satisfied clients.
Kelly accredits Sure Move's success to the strong team behind her, underpinned by the latest technology. Our staff are continuously trained and we have a strong customer service ethos, delivering "Our fresh approach to conveyancing ...." Having previously worked in customer services Kelly is keen to deliver a stress free move, keeping the clients fully appraised of their transaction at all times.

Kirsty joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2004 where she has worked in accounts and as an assistant. Kirsty has previously worked as a PA and in sales. Since starting, Kirsty has become experienced in all areas of conveyancing. Kirsty is known for her excellent customer care and dedication.
Out of work Kirsty likes renovating properties and gardening.

Having worked within the conveyancing sector since 2010, Laura joined SureMove in 2020 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in February 2022.
Laura can advise on work in many different areas of conveyancing including sale and a variety of different purchases, including freehold, leasehold, new build, or the purchase of a Right to Buy or unregistered property. Laura can also assist with the redemption of mortgages and Help to Buy charges, and transfers of equity.
Out of work, Laura is a mum to girl and boy twins, and she enjoys, reading, gaming, and being able to drink a coffee whilst it's still hot.
Selina relocated from West London 7 years ago, having worked in sales within the leisure industry for over 10 years.
She prides herself on 5 star customer service. After spending 5 years at a law firm in Spalding she has discovered a passion for Conveyancing and its process.
Away form the work environment, Selina enjoys short breaks, trips to London to see family. She also enjoys reading and has taken up training in mountain climbing..

Steph joined SureMove in March 2018, after two and a half years' experience at a firm of Solicitors in Peterborough.
She is approachable and ready to help you with your transaction. Steph has experience in working with both sales and purchases. She is confident in dealing with all matters during the transaction from start to finish, including redeeming mortgages and Help to Buy charges.
In September 2018, Steph started her Conveyancing Qualification with CLC. She is currently studying for her final exam.
Out of the office Steph enjoys baking, reading, and going to car shows (modified & American) She also owns a pet snake called Bruce!

Tracey joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2004 as the Finance and Operations Manager. In 2018 she was invited to join the Board of Directors as Head of Finance and Administration. Tracey has over 20 years experience in law accounting, having previously worked at an international law firm in London. She is also a member of the Institute of Legal Financial Management.
Tracey is a key member of our management team, taking on many tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business. Tracey is extremely dedicated and meticulous, yet friendly and fair.
Out of work Tracey is the captain of the Cambridgeshire Ladies Pool team.
