The VBA have created sources for builders, building surveyors and consumers to understand why domestic building insurance (DBI) is important and mandatory for building work valued at more than $16,000... Following the announcement that Porter Davis Homes and Lloyd Group have gone into voluntary administration, the VBA recognises this is a difficult time for many Victorians. We are working with other government agencies and appointed building surveyors to support owners with information and assistance in this challenging environment.
