Ann Brooks is the founder of Your Life Science Recruiters. She obtained her BS, biology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1978. After several years of lab research in virology and physiology, Ann decided to enter the sales arena. She sold for New England Nuclear and Pharmacia for 6 years.
Ann began recruiting in 1987, joining an agency in Toronto and then opening her own firm, Ann Rogers & Associates, Inc. in Mississauga, Ontario for many years, targeting the bioscience, medical and pharmaceutical sectors across Canada. The last two years were Retained Search.
State side since 2004 Ann has specialized in Life Science, Diagnostics and Medical recruiting. Ann has filled jobs in both the USA and Canada.
Chip received his undergraduate degree from the Citadel Military College of South Carolina in 1975. He attended graduate studies at Auburn and LSU before deciding to enter the sales field. Chip joined Hoechst and over the next 13 years progressed through the company despite several corporate mergers. He was an infectious disease and diabetes sales specialist, traveling nationally providing seminars to the physician market.
Chip desired self-employment so left the pharmaceutical industry, enjoying much success as an entrepreneur. He continues to promote Vi-RX Systems, a program that targets the physician market.
Chip brings to Your Life Science Recruiters not only a solid technical laboratory background but a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Chip combines this background with a history of Medical recruiting in Michigan and will serve biotech, medical and pharmaceutical clients.
Tiffany Harris is a Search Consultant with Your Life Science Recruiters.
Tiffany obtained her BA, in Criminal Justice with minor in Sociology from the University of Michigan in 2014. Since graduating Tiffany has relocated to Tampa, Florida.
She has worked as a top-performing recruiter placing graduates in hospitals, medical clinics and pharmacy settings in the roles of Medical Billers/Coders, Medical Assistants, and Pharmacy Technicians.
The key to her success? Tiffany is high energy, goal oriented and persistent. Tiffany aims to understand her clients' needs and solve their hiring dilemmas by providing well qualified candidates in a timely fashion.
