Dale has a degree and diploma in Town Planning. He spent a number of years working in the public sector, before moving to a national property consultancy in 2002. He progressed to Partner level, where he provided advice to a wide client base of landowners, developers and charities.
As co-director of DMP, Dale has a strong client focus and seeks to provide clear, practical advice that delivers added value to projects.
In his spare time, he is a keen sportsman, but has finally given up hope of playing cricket at international level! He also enjoys travel and spending time with his young family.
Jennifer comes to DMP from the University of the West of England (UWE). She is currently studying for her Master's Degree in Town Planning at the University of Brighton.
Kelly comes to DOWSETTMAYHEW from a local Property firm. She is an experienced administrator providing valuable support to the Planning Team.
Peter is a Chartered Town Planner with a Masters degree in Town Planning. He spent 7 years working in the public sector before joining DMP in 2012.
With a fantastic knowledge base and attention to detail he offers clients clear advice on all Town Planning matters.
Socially he enjoys football and cricket and is a member of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA)!
Pierre is a Chartered Town Planner. He has spent 18 years working in both the public and private sector throughout the south and south-east of England.
Between 2007 - 2010 he headed the West Sussex Planning Team for a national property firm.
Pierre is committed to offering pragmatic advice that leads to deliverable consents.
Sarah is a Chartered Town Planner with over 16 year experience working in Sussex Planning departments dealing with planning applications, appeals and site appraisals. Sarah Joined DMP in Feb 2018 from Lewes District Council where she was the Senior Planning Officer for the Councils Development Management team.
