With a career in finance and administration prior to joining our team, Alison's experience and attention to detail are imperative to our internal efficiency and accuracy. She loves nothing more than creating order, showcasing organisational skills that blow her colleagues' minds.
Enjoying seeing Ellacott Morris grow, working with more clients from varied businesses, Alison thrives on supporting others in her busy job role - plus she makes a mean cuppa!
Whether it's the St Osyth air or the beautiful coastline on our doorstep, Alison is another member of our team who loves walking her dog and keeping fit and healthy with a varied fitness regime.

Fifty percent of the ‘Director Dream Team Duo', Anjuli founded Ellacott Morris with Michelle back in 2011. Having worked together in the past, they knew their strengths and skillsets complemented each other's perfectly, enabling them to create a unique accountancy practice with a refreshing approach to supporting clients.
Whilst a large part of Anjuli's role is ensuring Ellacott Morris runs efficiently, she loves nothing more than helping other businesses do the same. With a knack for identifying and improving business processes and systems, and enhancing tax efficiency, many clients have Anjuli to thank for their increased profit margins and reduced stress levels!
Always wanting to share her knowledge as an experienced accountant, expert financial advisor and successful business owner, for the benefit of the team and the ever-increasing Ellacott Morris client portfolio, Anjuli loves to focus on staff training and development, supporting her colleagues to advance their careers.
When not at her desk Anjuli is always on the move, in pursuit of her next adventure! Our very own Energiser-Bunny, Anjuli's active lifestyle no doubt helps her to be the focused and friendly, passionate and productive, driven and determined company Director she is.

Starting her career in accountancy back in 2015 at Ellacott Morris, Bimala is our critical credit controller! Bringing all the right skills to the role, Bim is organised and efficient with incredible attention to detail.
Bimala is focussed on progressing her career at Ellacott Morris and supporting more clients in the process. She loves to see businesses overcome hurdles and enjoys a real sense of accomplishment when she's played a part in their problem solving.
Sociable in her nature, Bimala forges excellent relationships with our clients and her colleagues, enjoying hearing about other people's journeys in business or career their paths.
A self-confessed shopaholic, and another of our team flying the flag for fitness pursuits in her spare time, Bimala clocks up a lot of running miles as a regular runner.
Ed is our incredibly helpful and efficient Office Assistant, always found working hard, going over and above to support his colleagues and learn about the world of accountancy along the way.
With excellent writing skills and a natural flair for anything creative, Ed balances out our workforce of number geeks, providing improvements in our internal and external communication as well as our office processes and procedures.
Ed's work ethic, honestly and enthusiasm are commendable and appreciated by those he assists in our St Osyth and Thorpe offices.
His creativity spans to musical talents too as a keen guitar player. Also, a lover of the gym and gaming, Ed's professional capabilities and refreshingly positive approach make him a valued member of our team, with a bright future ahead.
Working towards her AAT qualification with our full support, Jaime joined the team in 2023 as an Apprentice. Having studied and enjoyed accounting and business at A-Level, Jaime is keen to further her career working in an accountancy practice.
Thankfully Jaime's skills don't stop at understanding numbers… She is a natural communicator, incredibly organised and loves a tight deadline! All these attributes are appreciated by our clients and her colleagues.
Jaime is enjoying putting her academic skills into action, seeing how they can make a difference in the commercial world. She is also a new fan of Xero (our accounting software) having been blown away by its immense capabilities.
Another one of our team to make the most of our head office coastal town, Jaime enjoys jet skiing (who wouldn't), as well as keeping fit and running.

James is our payroll guru with a raft of professional strengths that mean he is incredibly valued by our team and our clients. His reliability and resilience ensure all deadlines are hit, regardless of how challenging they are - a vital skill when you're in charge of paying people's wages!
A whizz at explaining things clearly and concisely, James is our pro-communicator, keeping everyone informed and up to date. Married to our co-founder and Director, Michelle, his calm communication skills are appreciated when translating Michelle's 100mph brain dumps.
Proud of what Ellacott Morris has become and keen to support its growth and progression further, James is excited to see what the future holds.
A lover of ball sports, mainly golf and football (which Michelle states he's no good at), James is the Ellacott Morris party animal, looking for any excuse to get the party started!

Our CIS and VAT expert, Jordan's wealth of specialist knowledge is critical to many of our clients. Having joined the Ellacott Morris team after finishing sixth form, we've seen Jordan flourish in her accounting career and become a highly respected member of our team.
A natural born organiser and slightly obsessive cleaner, Jordan's neatness spans across the numbers she's working on, and our offices - keeping us spic and span at all times.
Jordan loves being part of the Ellacott Morris team and appreciates the flexible working opportunities and professional development she receives. This positive company culture inspires to keep smashing her KPI targets and play a vital role in the business's continued growth and success.
When she's not number crunching or tidying, Jordan loves a good TV series or escaping to a nice restaurant for a meal (providing it has a 5* hygiene rating).

Karen is a retired secondary school teacher, having taught at schools around the world, choosing to become our incredibly efficient Admin Assistant after 30 years in the classroom. She brings a wealth of experience and talents to the Ellacott Morris team. Not only does Karen support us all in our day jobs, she's also able to provide invaluable study tips to those members of staff working towards qualifications or continuing their professional development.
A reliable pair of hands, a calm head and true team player, Karen's organised approach and conscientious attitude are appreciated by her colleagues and by our clients.
As with many of the team at Ellacott Morris, Karen's gives back our local community, volunteering through her to church to help others.
Karen loves being part of a predominantly family firm and appreciates that even those members of staff who aren't related to Michelle or Anjuli, are still made to feel part of the Ellacott Morris clan.

Co-founder and award-winning Director of Ellacott Morris, Michelle's ‘accounticorn' (accountant meets unicorn) spirit flows through the business. Clear from the very start that Ellacott Morris would offer an accountancy service that is very different from ‘the norm', Michelle brings colour, sparkles, pizazz and a little bit of magic to the team.
Known for her entrepreneurial prowess, which has seen her win multiple awards in business, Michelle drives the business onwards and upwards, with the support of her loyal team. Never veering away from their original vision, Michelle and Anjuli have created something unique and inspiring in their sector.
Building a business that is focussed on people, both those employed at Ellacott Morris and the people running the businesses they support, Michelle's positive persona helps companies overcome barriers to achieve targets they didn't think possible.
Michelle wears many hats within the business and having found a natural aptitude for marketing, she is responsible for continued growth and success. With many genius marketing ideas occurring to her on her early morning dog walks, Benji has earnt his title as the company's Barketing Executive.

With a background in financial auditing, Olivia's analytical brain is vital to overcoming many of the hurdles faced by our clients. Like an assassin armed with a gun, she troubleshoots problems for fun!
Olivia is our critical thinking, formula loving, numbers genius, making light work of the most complex issues. Formulas are like her second language!
Appreciated by our clients for her incredible relationship building and client management skills, Olivia loves to really get to know the businesses she's supporting and wholeheartedly celebrates every milestone they reach.
A lover of words as much as numbers, Olivia is currently writing a book! As well as teaching yoga and pottery in her spare time and learning to play the piano she's also a keen gamer, turning to the Xbox for some downtime (maybe that's where she's learnt her swift shooting skills)!
