Edin Begovic

Based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and UK Edin has successfully grown the business in Eastern Europe since he originally joined as Regional Representative in 2006. He has a background in structural engineering and came to Roughton with several years of international experience, including five years running a small family engineering consultancy in Montenegro.

Simon is a Director of Roughton International Ltd, with regional responsibility for Africa. This includes project management and business development in South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho and Malawi.

Stephen Kimmett - CEO, CFO

In December 2017 Stephen agreed to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer. As a Board Director for Roughton Group and Roughton International Ltd, Stephen was employed as the company's first full-time Finance Director. He joined Roughton in 2012, bringing over 30 years of industry experience with him. Stephen has over 30 years' experience at senior level in a range of commercial enterprises. He has considerable experience in all aspects of acquisitions and disposals. His most recent roles were Finance Director of Inutec Limited, a private equity backed radioactive waste processing and consultancy business and Group Finance Director of Chilworth Holdings, a privately owned materials testing and consultancy business. Prior to this he was Group Finance Director of Scott Wilson PLC for 10 years, a period that saw the business grow from £80m turnover to £300m plus. Stephen was a member of the management team that successfully floated the business on the Main List of the London Stock Exchange in March 2006. During this time he also streamlined and enhanced the finance function, tightened and improved financial disciplines, implemented a new financial management system and introduced a business planning process. Prior to joining Scott Wilson Group in 1997, Stephen was with Anite Group PLC, a quoted software and consulting business, for eight years where he held senior finance positions. Stephen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
