Laurel, the newest member of the team began her career as a Midwife in Newcastle and has always had a passion to empower people to achoeve their best. This took her to ministry work in America, Newcastle and Manchester alongside her midwifery before moving onto full time ministry in Bolton where she first interacted with the work of CAP.
Neil has worked as a volunteer for the Brighton & Hove CAP Debt Centre for the last 10 years. Because of his background in Education his main focus has been running the award winning CAP Money programme in various locations across the city.
In May 2014 he qualified as a Debt Coach. Neil has a real heart for networking and has forged partnerships across the city, notably with our City Council whom are equally passionate about helping the vulnerable in our city.
"I was inspired to work with CAP when I went on a home visit and love the challenge of helping people to help themselves . Somebody once said that those who are happiest are those who help others and I think this is definitely true".
Neil has a background in education, a teacher for 35 years and has served at Holland Road in a variety of ministries since 1990.

Tina started work as a volunteer with CAP around four years ago and has been a qualified Debt Coach since August 2020.
