AWC Property Management are specialists in property management, maintenance, holiday and long term rentals all across the Paphos region in Cyprus. We have been operating our Property management company in Cyprus since early 2009. Prior to this we were directors of GFI Cleaning Ltd, based in Worcestershire for 15 years, where our work involved working for National House builders, preparing their newly built properties for handover to clients, maintaining Show Homes and site facilities. Our company was also responsible for working with Complex Management companies. We also held contracts with many rental and estate agents for cleaning and maintenance.
