Stephen is a partner in Cameron LLP and manages the firm's intellectual property and IP litigation practice; he is based in Washington, DC, where he has practiced for 30 years. He represents U.S. and foreign companies in all aspects of trademark law, and he has extensive IP and commercial litigation experience. His practice includes instituting and defending opposition and cancellation proceedings in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; representing clients in trademark infringement cases and in actions seeking a declaration of non-infringement in federal courts in the U.S.; representing clients under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy; drafting trademark licenses and co-existence agreements; managing portfolios of marks for corporate clients; prosecuting domestic and international trademark applications; counseling clients on a range of trademark issues, including trademark availability, litigation strategy, developing and protecting strong brands and strategies for policing marks. Stephen advises companies in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, consumer electronics, online retail sales of consumer and commercial products and services; restaurant services and restaurant chains, international breweries, importation and retail sales of liquor; ocean shipping, municipal governments, charitable foundations and children's toy manufacturing; fashion design, cosmetics, retail clothing and footwear; motor sports entertainment, and professional athlete websites, among others.

Thomas E. Skilton is a partner in Cameron LLP's corporate and international trade practice groups and is based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Skilton's corporate practice focuses on representing clients in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, privatizations, and other transactions. His clients range from large multinational corporations to small entrepreneurial businesses, and his industry sector experience ranges from agriculture and processed foods to telecommunications and technology. Mr. Skilton has extensive experience in international business transactions and has spent considerable time working with Latin American, European and Asian companies and operations. He is fluent in Spanish. In recent years, Mr. Skilton has represented a telecommunications development company in connection with its acquisition of controlling interests in over US$7 billion of European cable television assets and its conversion of those assets into a broadband multimedia network; a Fortune 500 company in connection with the divestiture of its worldwide semiconductor manufacturing operations valued at US$1 billion; banks, borrowers and third party guarantors in connection with an aggregate several billion U.S. dollars in financings; and governments around the world in connection with their restructuring and privatization of state-owned enterprises. Mr. Skilton's international trade practice focuses on counseling and representing producers and importers of a variety of products including agriculture, chemicals, and steel products subject to regulation by the U.S. Government, most notably in proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Court of International Trade, and U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Ms. Skilton's agriculture sector experience includes advising producers and importers of a wide range of agricultural and aquacultural products, including: beef, poultry, seafood, grains, soybeans, and specialty crops (berries, fruits and vegetables). Mr. Skilton also has extensive experience advising clients on food safety issues and best-practices. He presently serves as General Counsel to the National Processed Raspberry Council (a USDA-chartered check-off program). In addition to his transactional and trade-specific practices, Mr. Skilton serves as general counsel to several companies and non-profit organizations. In this capacity, he oversees and advises boards and executives on all legal matters. Mr. Skilton received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1989, and his J.D. degree from Cornell University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cornell International Law Journal, in 1993. During 1989-90, he studied at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina as a Rotary International Foundation Fellow. He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia, as well as before several courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of International Trade and Federal District Courts in the District of Columbia and the Southern District of New York. Mr. Skilton has served on the Steering Committee of The International Gateway, a joint venture of the Greater Washington Board of Trade and the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center in Washington, D.C. and as a member of the Western Hemisphere Task Force of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as General Counsel of the Maryland Public Policy Institute. In 2016, he was appointed by the Governor of Maryland to serve on the Governor's Intergovernmental Commission for Agriculture.

Thomas H. Jackson brings a wealth of intellectual property law experience to Cameron LLP. He has been in private practice for over 20 years representing domestic and foreign clients in U.S. and international patent prosecution and litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson served as in-house patent counsel at Siemens USA, AT&T and Bell Telephone Laboratories. Mr. Jackson has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patents to issue in the field of electrical, electronic and computer arts including special concentrations in telecommunications and converging television technologies, and medical and optical devices. He is also an experienced litigator having represented patent owners as plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases. Mr. Jackson is a co-author of Telecommunications Client Strategies, Thomson Reuters/Aspatore, 2008. He is fluent in both German and French. Mr. Jackson holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania, an MEA degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University and a JD from Seton Hall University.
