CCI provides objective research for practitioners and government agencies regarding all aspects of condominium operations... Since forming our chapter, CCI-NL has focused its efforts on educating our members and lobbying government for change within the industry. Our educational seminars, lunch-and-learn information sessions, and courses for condo directors and real estate professionals have provided opportunities for our members to stay up to date on issues that are relevant to them. To date, our most ambitious initiative has been to research and prepare a proposal to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador for the revision of the Condominium Act, SNL 2009... CCI Newfoundland leads the condominium industry by providing education, information, awareness and access to expertise by and for our members.
