As the senior coach in Drum Equestrian, I have over 30 years experience working with horses, I am also a fully qualified CIPD HR professional with over 15 years of learning and development. At Drum Equestrian Consultancy I have blended my skills in both areas to bring a unique and value added service to all my customers. We offer teambuilding, leadership and communication workshops using horses as a great method of self-evaluation and development. I am looking forward to meeting you!
