Belinda is a certified professional facilitator and skilled trainer with over 15 years of government and community sector experience. She has worked in local government, the public and community sectors as a community engagement adviser, facilitator, project manager and workplace investigator. Belinda's recent focus has been consulting and facilitating in the local government sector; with particular emphasis on designing and conducting community engagement and public participation processes. She enjoys working with community groups on short term local projects and applying her strategic insight to longer term planning projects. She has a particular interest in enhancing staff and community capacity to understand and participate in problem solving and decision making processes.
