Mr. Fang is Founder and Managing Director at Eos Advisory Partners and has 20 years of professional experience as a Consultant and Financial Advisor. Mr. Fang has completed more than $4 billion in Capital Advisory and Corporate Finance Advisory engagements across the Restructuring, Real Estate, Financial Services, Healthcare, Internet Services, Automotive, Steel and Hotels & Lodging industries. Prior to Eos, Mr. Fang held executive roles at Huron Consulting, Goldin Associates in Restructuring Advisory and UBS PaineWebber, ING Barings, Jefferies & Company in Investment Banking, M&A and Equity Capital Markets. Through his considerable experience, Mr. Fang has developed a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to create and execute on viable business solutions and initiatives. Mr. Fang earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

Mr. Minetti is a Senior Advisor to Eos Advisory Partners and has more than 20 years of professional experience as a consultant, principal, financial advisor and corporate executive. During this time his experiences spanned all areas of corporate management including strategic planning, business development, financial control and management of day-to-day operations. Prior to Eos, Mr. Minetti held senior, executive suite and board level positions including Vice Chairman of the board at 1-800-Flowers. In addition, Mr. Minetti served as a Managing Director for Kidder, Peabody & Co. where he was responsible for their High Yield Bond group. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration from St. Michaels College. For the past eleven years, he has served on the Board of Directors of Misonix, a NASDAQ listed company.
