Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. This survey is being sent to OEM field representatives responsible for parts and/or service. The survey itself is being administered by a third party. The purpose of the survey is to identify factors, such as demographics, behaviors, or processes that correlate with successful outcomes for the dealers and/or the OEM. The raw survey data will be shared with the OEM, but without divulging the individual responders' identities. Nevertheless, we need for you to provide your name to validate your response. Separately, the third party will be asking OEMs to provide a valid list of potential survey responders. The response validation process will be managed by the third party but the details of the validation process will not be shared with the OEM.
