Izabela has many years of experience in personnel administration and payroll calculation services for manufacturing, trade and service companies.
She coordinates personnel administration services to clients with various types of organisation and scope of business employing from several to hundreds of employees. Izabela heads a team of experienced and well-qualified labour law, social security and personal income tax experts. She sets out standards and forms our views on payroll calculation and selected personnel administration matters in our firm.
Izabela advises our business clients on how to optimise types of employment, manage payroll systems, and draft internal rules and regulations, as well as bringing them in line with the existing legislation.
She obtained an MBA degree in the area of Human Resources Management.
She has been with us since 2006.

With DGA since 1998, Małgorzata was Vice-President of DGA Audyt Sp. z o.o. from 2003. It was her who initiated the process of splitting DGA Audyt's bookkeeping business into a separate DGA Group company. She was among those who created FIGURES Kancelaria Rachunkowa Sp. z o.o.
Małgorzata has handled several dozen projects which included auditing financial statements, examining draft terms for mergers and transformations, and drafting prospectuses.
Among other things, she was involved in the process of auditing financial statements of Orlen Group companies. She is experienced in outsourced bookkeeping projects.
Małgorzata is now in charge of FIGURES development strategy implementation

Paweł has been involved in accounting since 1994. He first worked in the PKO BP bank; his clients included Orzechowskie Zakłady Przemysłu Sklejek and Scania automotive corporation.
He has been with DGA Group from January 2005 and supervised the bookkeeping services department at DGA Audyt. He was among those who created FIGURES Kancelaria Rachunkowa Sp. z o.o.
Paweł specialises in auditing separate and consolidated financial statements in accordance with Polish and international accounting standards, as well as providing advice on restating financial statements to international standards. He was involved, among other things, in the audit of the financial statements of Orlen Group. Paweł has broad experience in outsourced bookkeeping projects. He trains on accounting.
An advocate of innovative solutions, he is the one behind the idea to implement e.figures.
Sylwia has many years' experience in personnel and payroll administration, human resources management and personnel strategy building. She supervises the Personnel and Payroll Services Department, coordinates clients' personnel audit and payroll policy optimisation projects, and advises businesses on labour law.
Sylwia is responsible for planning and implementing our company's major operational objectives, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, and streamlining our customer service process. She makes sure that everything we do and all the procedures we have are in line with the existing legal requirements.
She obtained an MBA degree in the area of Human Resources Management.
She has been with us since 2006.
