Established in 1970, the FTC is a private, non-profit corporation and a contract agency with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities... Our purpose is to provide support, training, and encouragement to those wanting to become gainfully employed in the community... Floyd Training Center's Community Access program offers a combination of group and individual supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.
