HICO is a family owned company which was founded in 1928 when Walter K. Whigham bought Higham Park, near Canterbury in Kent, and renamed it Highland Court Farm... HICO continues to diversify but at its core it is responsible for the long-term sustainable farming of its land. The land is in various environmental schemes which are targeted at improving the biodiversity which is increasingly threatened... We are a family farming business that evolves and innovates to address new challenges to its responsible stewardship of land and buildings.
