HUMANART

humanart is the outcome of a major career transition, my career transition. Back in 2009, after 15 consecutive years working as an HR leader with large multinational organizations, I found myself asking the question "is this what I want for the rest of my professional life?"... There is this point in time when you have to stop and think, reevaluate, redesign under new light. Major decisions require for major changes. However, every time you're ready to walk along a new path you are overwhelmed by stress and fear and self questioning. "Will I make it out there?". I know these feelings quite well, I've been down that road... No risk, no reward, they say. As a client put it the other day, "If I don't do it now, I'll die wondering what if I had taken the risk?". I prepared, I planned, I kept my strengths close, my fears closer, I took the leap of faith, humanart was born.
