Amish is a Chemical Engineer and has more than 20 years of regional and global experience in sales, business development, strategy, and business planning in leading companies. He is Founder and CEO of Avviso Global. Avviso Global is a knowledge based marketing and consulting company for Polymers, Recycling, Chemicals. Avviso Global key activities represents leading suppliers of Polymers, chemicals, additives, recycle polymers for India/global market and advises leading speciality chemicals/polymer converters in India on growth strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions and International business development.
Before starting own venture, Amish was Senior Vice President at Reliance Industries Limited. He has managed RIL Polyethylene business with P&L responsibility of USD $ 1.5 Billion and was sales head for one of the largest Reliance Polymer Sales Offices. Prior to RIL he held senior positions in Nalco Chemicals (Ecolab), ExxonMobil Chemicals and Pentair in various global roles. He possesses good understanding of integration of Oil to Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Polymers, Recycling, Speciality Chemicals for Oil & Gas. Amish is advisor on board of multiple companies and active in Industry associations.
Mr MK Joshi graduated in Chemical engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1972 and joined Engineers India Limited (EIL) immediately thereafter. He worked at EIL till his superannuation in July 2010, at which time he was Director (Technical), a position that he had held since January 2005. During his tenure at EIL, he was actively associated in activities from concept to commissioning for various projects in the Hydrocarbon Processing Sector
He has had extensive exposure to a wide range of technologies from major overseas process licensors and this has helped to identify areas where indigenous capabilities can be developed, so that repetitive technology import can be reduced. He was directly involved in a large number of grass root and brown field projects in the oil and gas sectors and had the direct responsibility for the design of process units that were set up for the first time in India using in-house expertise. In addition, he is actively involved in providing faculty support for training programmes intended for fresh graduates or refresher programmes for mid level engineers, besides providing specialist support to interview panels in different organizations, including EIL.
Has over 40 years of experience at esteemed organisations such as BARC, EIL, L&T Power, Punj Lloyd Ltd. and JITF infrastructure. in the geographies like China, Saudi Arabia, and India in the senior level capacities of Director, Head of the project, CEO, President-EPC, CEO-Process vertical, and managing Director, etc. At IDS, he is involved in the technical projects such as technical support owners engineer, identification of risk in major projects, independent review of clients documents for competeness and recommendations, etc.
