AJAY MADATIPARAMBIL

Prior to joining IKS Health, Mr. Madatiparambil worked with Lionbridge Technologies where he was responsible for driving business value for the company's healthcare division. Mr. Madatiparambil has also worked with Freddie Mac where he was part of a team that identified, prioritized and performed business analysis for the Credit Policy and Portfolio Management group. Mr. Madatiparambil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Gujarat University, and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

AMAR A. DESAI

Dr. Amar Desai is a physician, public health leader and health care executive with over two decades of experience transforming the healthcare system and helping patients lead healthier, more fulfilled lives. Through his work at the intersection of direct patient care and health care systems, Dr. Desai has developed innovative delivery models that improve clinical outcomes, increase affordability, and transform the experience of being a healthcare consumer. By translating clinical excellence into economic value, Dr. Desai has improved care delivery in a range of settings, including early-stage start-ups, organizational turnaround, Fortune 200 companies, and academic health systems. Currently, Dr. Desai serves as President for Health Care Delivery at CVS Health where he is responsible for the company's health services organization and care delivery strategy across primary care, physician enablement, and technology enabled value-based care. In his role, he oversees retail health, behavioral health, and the development and implementation of payor-agnostic products and services. Prior to his current role, Dr. Desai served as President and CEO of Optum Pacific West, building and operating the largest multi-payor value-based care delivery organization in the country. In this role, he oversaw Optum's care delivery organizations throughout California, Oregon, and Washington comprised of more than 20,000 physicians and serving 2.5 million patients. Prior to his current role, Dr. Desai served as the President of HealthCare Partners, a leading integrated delivery network serving over 700,000 patients. Dr. Desai also served as CEO of University of Southern California (USC) Care where he led transformative growth and positioned the university's medical center as a regional leader for complex care. Prior to USC, Dr. Desai was a senior executive at DaVita, a global leader in dialysis care, where he advanced integrated kidney care models and led corporate strategy for the enterprise. Early in his career, Dr. Desai served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. Dr. Desai received his Bachelor's and Medical Degrees from Brown University, and his Masters in Public Health at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He completed internal medicine residency and nephrology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Keck School of Medicine at USC and has previously held faculty appointments at Stanford School of Medicine and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

DAVID TORCHIANA

Member Emeritus, IKS Health Advisory Board Dr. David Torchiana, MD serves as Chairman of Massachusetts General Physicians Organization (MGPO) at Massachusetts General Hospital and has also been its Chief Executive Officer since 2003. MGPO is a nonprofit, tax-exempt corporation, and the largest physician group practice in New England, representing more than 2,000 physicians. Dr. Torchiana was the Chief of cardiac surgery at Mass General from 1998 to 2003. He completed residencies in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital before joining the Department of Surgery in 1989. He is a member of American College of Surgeons and the American Association for Thoracic Surgery and a trustee of Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Torchiana is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School.

As lead for Total Health and Network, Dr. Muney is responsible for the market medical and clinical nurse executives, total health physician operations, total health clinical operations, dental clinical operations, as well as medical, behavioral and dental contracting. Dr. Muney also oversees Cigna's team of doctors, dentists, nurses and behavioral health clinicians involved in the company's health management and wellness programs. Before joining Cigna, Dr. Muney was an Executive Director in the Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group, and the CEO of Equity Healthcare, which he founded to manage the healthcare costs of Blackstone's portfolio companies. While at Blackstone, he also served on the Board of Directors of Vanguard Health System and Team Health. Dr. Muney was the executive vice president and chief medical officer of Oxford Health Plans and chief medical officer of United Healthcare of the Northeast region from 1998-2007. Dr. Barbara Hodne

Prior to joining IKS Health, she was the Chief Quality Officer at The Iowa Clinic, where she was responsible for leading the organization's quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Hodne is also a board-certified family physician and has served in a variety of leadership roles throughout her career, including medical director, associate quality director, and member of the board of directors. Dr. Hodne is a passionate advocate for quality healthcare and has a proven track record of success in improving patient care. She is a member of the American Medical Group Association's Quality Council and the Iowa Medical Society's Committee on Legislation. She is also a charter member of the Population Health Leaders Network and an advisor to the Obesity Collaborative.

DR. BENJAMIN CROCKER

Dr. Crocker is responsible for designing new products and solutions as well as refining/improving existing services within the Clinical Care Solutions pillar of IKS Health's Provider Enablement Platform for both current and prospective clients. He is passionate about team-based care and culture, technology and innovation, and the patient voice in healthcare transformation. Dr. Crocker is a general internist/primary care physician and most recently served as Medical Director of the Ambulatory Practice of the Future (APF) at MGPO, where he provided clinical care and conducted collaborative research in the application of technologies to the field of primary care to enhance the knowledge and quality of innovative, patient- centered, team-based care. Dr. Crocker brings over 20 years of clinical experience and thought leadership in team-based, patient-centered primary care, clinical operations, and healthcare innovation. In 2010, he co-founded and later served as medical director of one of Massachusetts General Hospital's (MGH) premier primary care practices in Boston, MA. He has participated in multiple aspects of practice design and operations improvement. He is published on a wide range of topics including post-discharge telephone follow-up, point of care testing, technology-assisted apprenticeship in chronic disease management, embedded health and wellness coaching, and the patient-centered medical home. Dr. Crocker also helped establish the first practice-centered PFAC (patient-family advisory committee) in his organization. Dr. Crocker is the co-founder of the APF Innovation Learning Program which established a "living laboratory" within the clinical primary care environment to partner with academic and industry leaders to explore, design, create and test technological solutions to present and future day challenges in primary care. While there, he spearheaded the design, implementation, and scaling of what is now IKS' AssuRx centralized prescription renewal service to reduce staff administrative burden and introduce a new standard of safety in the prescription-renewal process. He also led primary care-based Scribble and New Chart Prep implementation and utilization. A graduate of Tuft University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Crocker received his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and attended Boston University Medical Center for residency in Internal Medicine as well as an additional year as chief medical resident.

Dr. Kelly Reed came on-board IKS Health this fall after practicing as a family medicine physician in Des Moines, Iowa. She served as the family practice section Chief and on the Board of Directors at the Iowa Clinic. She is a graduate of Drake University and has completed her medical degree from Des Moines University. Dr. Reed has worked many years in roles representing Iowa physicians and patients in the arena of legislative advocacy. Dr. Reed is serving her second term on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Medical Society and through her years serving in these advocacy roles, directorships and being on The Iowa Clinic Finance Committee, she has recognized the need for innovative evolution of the value based medicine and the necessity of developing efficiencies in the business and practice of medicine while striving for the best quality outcomes. Dr. Reed also served as the executive lead of the IKS Scribble Committee at The Iowa Clinic after successfully deploying Scribble as an essential tool in improving clinical efficiencies and excellence in patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.

DR. MITUL THAKKER

Under Dr. Mitul's leadership, IKS Health is building a great success story for employees. He drives the organization's approach to highlight the skills and capabilities that employees need to develop in today's innovative technology driven environment. He fosters a culture of full spectrum participation, emphasizing inclusion and collaboration at IKS Health. A 13-year veteran at IKS Health, Dr. Mitul has extensive experience leading organizational transformations, driving large scale growth, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. He has also held leadership positions in marketing, product management, client operations, organization design, talent management and business transformation and service groups. He is armed with several years of healthcare experience that spans across pharmaceuticals, diagnostic, hospital, and insurance industries. Prior to his current role, he served as Head of Department - Marketing, Customer Service and Billing at Asian Heart Institute, one of India's premier tertiary care cardiac hospitals. Their healthcare delivery systems and customer care are looked upon as benchmarks in the hospital industry. Among other achievements at the Asian Heart Institute, Dr. Mitul successfully implemented processes that led to the Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) reducing from 90 to 36 days. Dr. Paul Klotman

Dr. Paul Klotman began serving as president and CEO of Baylor College of Medicine on Sept. 1, 2010. He received his B.S. degree in 1972 from the University of Michigan and his M.D. from Indiana University in 1976. He completed his medicine and nephrology training at Duke University Medical Center. He stayed at Duke as a faculty member, rising to the rank of associate professor of medicine before moving to the NIH in 1988, where he became chief of the molecular medicine section in the laboratory of developmental biology. In 1993, he became chief of the Viral Pathogenesis Laboratory in the NIDR/NIH. In 1994, he moved to Mount Sinai School of Medicine as the Irene and Dr. Arthur M. Fishberg Professor of Medicine and the chief of the division of nephrology. In 2001, he was selected to be the chair of the Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. The College's Board of Trustees named him as the school's new president in July of 2010. Klotman's research has been a blend of both basic and clinical research in molecular virology and AIDS pathogenesis. He developed the first small animal model of HIV associated nephropathy using transgenic techniques. He is the author of more than 200 publications, and he has been a visiting professor and lecturer internationally in the field of HIV pathogenesis. He has been elected to both the American Society of Clinical Investigation and the Association of American Physicians. He is on the editorial boards of journals both in the United States and in Europe, and he has served on and chaired numerous study sections including those from the NIH, the American Heart Association, the National Kidney Foundation, and the VA research service. In addition to his laboratory efforts, Klotman has been an active clinician, teacher and mentor. Students from his laboratory have won prestigious scientific competitions. He has trained more than 50 clinical fellows, postdoctoral fellows, and students in his laboratory since 1984, most of whom are independently funded. And, he was named Physician of the Year by Mount Sinai nurses. As the chair of medicine, he moved the department of medicine at Mount Sinai to a top tier academic program by expanding the faculty practice, increasing basic and clinical research revenues, developing new community projects and focusing on the educational mission. Klotman serves on the scientific advisory boards of biotech, pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He also serves on the board of several companies including those with interests in natural resources and conservation. At Baylor, he oversees the only private health science university in the Greater Southwest, with research funding of nearly $400 million. The medical school is ranked as one of the top 25 for research and one of the top ten for primary care by U.S. News & World Report. The School of Health Professions is among the best 15 in the nation and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences is rated in the top five percent. DR. SHANE

Dr. Peng has nearly two decades of senior health care executive leadership with multi-state health care systems. He has deep expertise in physician groups, health plans, PBM operations and value-based care models. Prior to IKS Health, Dr. Peng served as the Executive Vice President and President of Physician and Ambulatory Service of SSM Health, a multi-state, fully integrated health system with annual revenue of $7 billion. Peng was accountable for the achievement of its six regional medical groups with 1,600 employed providers and post-acute care including ambulatory platforms. He previously worked at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, Va., where he served as vice president and senior medical director of Sentara Medical Group, where he oversaw the clinical operations of more than 300 primary care and ambulatory specialty providers in at least 60 sites. He also was involved in innovations around patient centered care and moved toward population health. He has created a new business platform integrating multiple regional physician organizations with regional post-acute and ambulatory assets under a single organizational, operational and clinical structure to deliver a comprehensive system of care to achieve the ‘Quadruple Aim'. He is a veteran in the healthcare world and a national leader in Clinical Quality, Innovation, Physician Performance and engagement demonstrating competence with board of trustees, physicians, religious sponsors, employees, community leaders and elected public officials.

Sri has held a variety of high-profile roles there across different business units such as Health, Brain (Google's premier AI/ML team), and Cloud. Prior to that, Sri was associated with Novartis Diagnostics where he was the Region Head & GM of Southeast Asia. He started his career as a management consultant at ZS Associates and is trained as a scientist with a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX). He has a bachelor's degree in Human Biology & Biophysics from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (New Delhi, India).

A pioneering physician-scientist, Dr. Klotman's research interests are focused on the molecular pathogenesis of Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV-1) infection. Among many important contributions to this field, Dr. Klotman and her team demonstrated that HIV resides in and evolves separately in kidney cells, a critical step in HIV-associated kidney disease. Most recently, her group has been defining the role of integrase-defective lentiviral vectors for the delivery of an HIV vaccine. Dr. Klotman is past president of the Association of American Physicians and past president of the Association of Professors of Medicine. She was elected to membership in the Academy of Medicine in 2014. As SVP of Customer Success, Shane focuses on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive organic growth and strong relationships with our clients. With over 13 years of experience as an innovative operational leader within the healthcare industry, Shane has served as the COO of a retail healthcare organization, as well as SVP of Operations for American Health Network, part of Optum. Prior to Optum, he served as a Medical Service Officer in the United States Army and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for efforts in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan as a medical capabilities advisor and operations leader. In 2014, he was selected by the U.S. Army Surgeon General as the 2014 recipient of the Captain John R. Teal Leadership award as the single highest performing Medical Operations Officer in the entire active U.S. Army. During his career, Shane has successfully tackled several transformative projects to include the centralization of administrative functions, the transition of revenue cycle platforms, the implementation of virtual healthcare service lines, and the execution of new technology applications including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Siddharth Thakkar is the VP Product & Marketing at IKS Health, assuming the product leadership role for our Clinical Support Solutions and Value-based Care solutions along with managing Marketing & Public Relations. His mandate includes ensuring that IKS Health builds a superior product portfolio that stays ahead of the disruption curve and enables our clients to deliver better, safer and more efficient care for their patients. He has played multiple roles at IKS before taking on this position, most recently helping manage the CEO's office. Prior to IKS, he spent 12 years working for Intelenet Global Services (now Teleperformance) in various Project Management roles supporting banks and financial institutions in the US and the UK.

Taylor Curtis joins IKS Health as Executive Vice President & Chief Development Officer. He comes with 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, business development and treasury solutions. Most recently, Taylor served as Head of Healthcare Corporate Banking for Texas Capital Bank, where he was responsible for bank's relationships with provider groups, home care and hospice companies, behavioral health providers, pharmaceutical services businesses and healthcare IT companies. Prior to Texas Capital Bank, Taylor served as a Managing Director for Cowen and a predecessor firm, MHT Partners, where he led the healthcare services M&A advisory team. Prior to joining MHT Partners in 2011, he served in a variety of roles including Director of Corporate Strategy for ORIX USA Corporation, Assistant Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for Concentra Inc. and Director of Corporate Development for Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Taylor began his career in New York with Greenhill & Co., a boutique mergers and acquisitions advisory firm. In 2013, Taylor was named Finalist, Dealmaker of the Year by ACG DFW and DCEO, based on transactions he led that year, and he was named a Winner of the 5th Annual 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards, based on his career accomplishments, professional expertise, and community service. Taylor graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in the Business Honors Program and Finance.

TIMOTHY G. FERRIS

He is also an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and holds degrees from Middlebury College, Oxford University, Harvard Medical School, and the Harvard School of Public Health. Former positions include Vice Chair of Pediatrics at Mass General and Medical Director of Mass General Physicians Organization. He leads the Partners Healthcare Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and is responsible for design and implementation of system-wide care delivery changes that will improve patient health, improve patient experience of healthcare, and reduce the healthcare cost burden.
