Prior to his appointment as CEO of the finest news and information business in the world, Almar served as Publisher of Barron's Group and Executive Vice President of Dow Jones. Editorially, Almar oversaw two major redesigns of The Wall Street Journal's website, launched numerous successful international and U.S. blogs, revamped The Chinese Wall Street Journal and kicked off The Wall Street Journal in Japan.
Prior to his time in Asia, he was Managing Editor of The Wall Street Journal Online, where he oversaw a major redesign of the site in September 2008. Before that, he was a bureau chief overseeing Tech coverage in New York.

Anoushka Healy is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of News Corp, a global and diversified media company that includes news and information services, book publishing, and digital real estate.

Brian Murray is President and Chief Executive Officer of HarperCollins Publishers. Damian Eales was appointed Chief Executive of Move, Inc., operator of Realtor.com®, in June 2023
Mr. Eales has held numerous senior leadership positions throughout News Corp, including Chief Marketing Officer for News Corp Australia, Chief Operating Officer of the Australian publishing business and most recently, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Transformation for News Corp.
During his time at News Corp, Mr. Eales has played an integral role in the company's digital transformation. At News Corp Australia, he helped fundamentally reshape the digital subscription model, cost base and quality of delivery, and his partnership with REA Group helped further establish its standing as the top digital real estate site in Australia.
Mr. Eales is also on the board of the International News Media Association (INMA) where he is immediate past President, and where he strongly advocates for news media publishers and their efforts to expose the lack of regulatory oversight of global technology platforms and the impact this has on journalism. He also sits on the boards of the American Australian Association (AAA) and the Great Barrier Reef Foundation - USA.

David B. Pitofsky is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of News Corp.
Mr. Pitofsky oversees global legal operations including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, ethics and corporate governance matters. He joined News Corp. in 2013 as Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, and served as Chief Compliance Officer from 2015 to 2023.
Mr. Pitofsky previously held the position of partner at Goodwin Procter LLP. In his eight years at Goodwin Procter, Mr. Pitofsky's litigation practice focused on white collar defense, government and internal investigations, and securities litigation and enforcement. His high-profile matters included representing a former Big 4 accounting partner who was acquitted at trial in what was then billed as the largest tax fraud case in U.S. history. He also represented Kenneth R. Feinberg in his role as Claims Administrator for the Gulf Coast Claims Facility, which was established in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon incident.
From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Pitofsky was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York, rising to the level of Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division. While in that office, he spearheaded the prosecution of a national computer software company and several of its senior executives for securities fraud and obstruction of justice, which resulted in convictions and a precedent-setting deferred prosecution agreement. Mr. Pitofsky was invited to make a presentation regarding the case to the President's Corporate Fraud Task Force.
Mr. Pitofsky is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the New York Lawyers for the Public Interest and Chair of its Nominating and Governance Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Bar Council, and an officer of the Federal Bar Foundation. In June 2015, he was recognized on the "Attorneys Who Matter" list by Ethisphere Institute, the global leader in defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practice. In May 2017, Mr. Pitofsky received the George A. Katz Torch of Learning Award from The American Friends of Hebrew University.
Mr. Pitofsky is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he graduated with High Honors, and Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Executive Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He is a member of the New York Bar.

Lachlan Murdoch is the Chair of News Corp and Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Corporation (FOX).
Mr. Murdoch has spent the past two decades building, operating and investing in many of the world's most prominent television and publishing businesses. In addition to his leadership roles at News Corp and FOX, he currently serves as Executive Chair of NOVA Entertainment, an Australian media company. Mr. Murdoch previously served as Non-Executive Chair of Ten Network Holdings.
Mr. Murdoch served since 1996 on the Board of Directors of News Corporation, which separated into two distinct publicly traded companies, News Corp and 21st Century Fox, in 2013. Mr. Murdoch was named Co-Chair of 21st Century Fox in 2014, and Executive Chair in 2015; he served in that role until the closing of the merger of 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company in March 2019.
From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Murdoch served in a number of senior executive roles at News Corporation. As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, he was directly responsible for the company's U.S. television stations group and publishing assets, serving as Chair of Fox Television Stations (FTS) and Publisher of the New York Post. At FTS, he oversaw the company's 35 owned-and-operated television stations, where he raised the bar on local news coverage nationwide, increasing the total number of local news hours across the group to more than 850 per week. At the New York Post, he overhauled the tabloid and grew its circulation by more than 40 percent. During his tenure, the Post became the nation's fastest-growing newspaper and the seventh largest in the United States.
Maria Pacheco is CEO of Storyful, a news and intelligence agency. Storyful is a global leader in the provision of verified digital content to newsrooms and of social media intelligence to corporations.
Prior to joining Storyful, Maria served as deputy head of News Corp's corporate strategy team, spearheading global initiatives such as partnerships with Big Digital and across News Corp companies.
Prior to her tenure at News Corp, Maria led international business development at Portland Communications, an Omnicom agency, where she also provided strategic guidance to clients on audience engagement, messaging, organizational design and digital campaign execution from New York and London. She has also worked in competitive planning and strategic partnerships at Comcast and ViacomCBS, and started her career at Univision in Miami.

Rebekah Brooks was appointed Chief Executive of News UK in September 2015.
Rebekah joined the company in 1989 as a feature writer for the News of the World's Sunday magazine and rose through the ranks to become Editor of The Sun in 2003, a role she held until July 2009. During this time The Sun extended its number one position in the popular sector in the UK, growing its share in both circulation and reach. Rebekah was the driving force behind a number of major military and domestic violence campaigns by The Sun, including support for the launch of Help for Heroes and spearheading the campaign that led to the introduction of ‘Sarah's Law'.

Robert Thomson is chief executive officer of News Corporation. News Corp, headquartered in New York, has global operations across a range of media, including: news and information services, digital real estate services, book publishing, sports programming and pay-TV distribution.
Mr. Thomson assumed his current role in January 2013, having served as editor-in-chief of Dow Jones & Company and managing editor of The Wall Street Journal from May 2008. He directed the global news operations of the print and digital Journal and Dow Jones Newswires, with an international news staff of over 2,000 journalists in more than 80 bureaus worldwide.
Mr. Thomson's editorial leadership and Dow Jones' commitment to quality journalism fueled growth and innovation, with The Wall Street Journal becoming the largest circulation newspaper in the U.S. The Journal expanded its content and added a host of sections to complement its core of unrivalled business and finance coverage. Mr. Thomson had been editor of the Weekend FT and assistant editor of the Financial Times, orchestrating a successful redesign of the Weekend FT in late 1996 - that edition became the fastest-growing newspaper in the U.K. market during 1997. He also oversaw the evolution of "How to Spend It" magazine into an award-winning monthly. From 1994 to 1996, he was the FT's foreign news editor in London, leading the paper's extensive network of correspondents. Rupert Murdoch's passion for the news media business was sparked by the legacy of his father, Sir Keith Murdoch, chairman of The Herald and Weekly Times and head of News Limited, an Australian-based public corporation.

Ruth Allen is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for News Corp. Ms. Allen leads strategy and implementation of the Company's People, ESG and Philanthropy initiatives.
Ms. Allen joined News Corp in 2018 where she served as Chief People Officer for News Corp Australia. In this leadership position she oversaw key projects including the company's business transformation and the reshaping of the employee experience.
Prior to News Corp, Ms. Allen held the dual role of General Manager Capability & Culture and General Manager People & Culture at Origin Energy, where she worked to redefine the company's purpose and values while also leading a rebuild of the Integrated Gas business.
Before Origin Energy, Ruth worked as a transformation consultant at Telstra for 5 years and held various senior people and organizational development roles throughout the construction sector.
Ruth has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Sean Giancola is a Digital Advertising and Publishing Executive with over 20+ years experience. He is currently the Publisher and CEO of the New York Post. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at the Post, where he was responsible for revenue operations across all lines of business units including the print editions of the Post and Alexa, NYPOST.com, Pagesix.com, Decider.com, POST Studios, Page Six TV and News IQ. Prior to joining the New York Post Sean served as Vice President of National Sales, at AOL Advertising, with responsibility for strategic sales, corporate marketing and advertising sponsorships. He oversaw multiple integrated sales teams servicing Aol's top advertising clients including American Express, Pfizer, Citi, Mercedes, and Delta. In addition to the New York Post and AOL Sean has held senior advertising and marketing positions at American Express and Time Inc.
Sean holds a bachelors degree from The Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University. He lives in Wilton, CT with his wife and son. In his free time, Sean enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and birding.

Susan Panuccio became News Corp's Chief Financial Officer in March 2017. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of News Corp Australia, beginning in September 2013, where she sat on the boards of News Limited, REA, Foxtel, FOX SPORTS Australia, Sky News and AAP.
Before joining News Corp Australia, Susan worked 11 years with the News UK business in various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Director of Strategic Program Management and Director of Corporate Planning.
Prior to joining News UK, Susan worked in the finance teams of companies such as AngloGold Ashanti, Ansett Australia and KPMG.

Todd Thorpe is the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Government Affairs for News Corp. Mr. Thorpe is responsible for leading the Company's government relations and advocacy efforts in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
Mr. Thorpe joined News Corp in 2014 as Senior Vice President for Global Government Affairs where he focused on U.S. federal and international government affairs. In this role he worked closely with the News Corp legal team and the company's business units in the United Kingdom and in Europe on intellectual property and competition cases.
Prior to News Corp, Mr. Thorpe served as Managing Principal at the Bockorny Group, a bipartisan federal advocacy and consulting firm. At this time he engaged on behalf of clients for a wide variety of issues including technology and the internet, telecommunications, privacy and competition policy.
Mr. Thorpe also served on Capitol Hill. During his decade of experience he worked for three Members of the House of Representatives and worked on congressional campaigns culminating as Chief of Staff to a senior Member of the House Judiciary Committee.
Thorpe has a B.A. from Utah State University, a graduate degree from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium and a J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia School of Law.
He lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. with his wife and three children.
