Chris Tonks

Chris is a Partner with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP. Chris practices in the areas of civil litigation, municipal law, and criminal law. Chris also serves as a Trustee at the Toronto District School Board, representing the riding of York South Weston. Elected as Trustee by his constituents in the 2006 Municipal Election, and then re-elected in 2010, Chris is responsible for providing budgetary, policy, and management oversight of the largest school board in Canada. Eva Iacobelli

Eva is a Partner at Prouse, Dash & Crouch, LLP who has practised exclusively in all areas of family law in Brampton for over 20 years, with her law clerk, Crystal Osmond. Eva is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Eva's family law practice is dedicated to the protection of her clients' interests and the promotion of fair resolution for their families. Eva has extensive experience in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and appellate experience in the Ontario Court of Appeal. Eva specializes in all areas of family law and divorce, including custody, access, child support, spousal support, property division and preservation. Kalen Brady

Kalen is a Partner of Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP and a member of PDC's Estates, Wills, and Real Estate Group. In addition to this work Kalen also has extensive experience in the area of personal injury. Kalen advises executors, trustees, attorneys, and beneficiaries regarding their rights and responsibilities. He is a leading practitioner in the area of estates litigation, estates administration, substitute decision making, and guardianship law. Kalen is frequently retained to assist in issues involving disputes over wills, powers of attorney, common law spouse rights, estate management, guardianship of minors and dependants, and other estate related matters. Kalen also handles a multitude of complex, serious personal injury cases on behalf of accident victims and their families. Kalen's experience allows him to find the important balance between aggressive advocacy and fair and timely resolution. Kalen passionately supports the rights of accident victims. Through his involvement with the Brain Injury Association in Brampton, Mississauga, and beyond he helps to raise public awareness of the difficulties faced by head injury victims. Kalen represents a wide-range of clientele many of whom are the victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dog bites, and denials of long term disability benefits and other insurance coverages. Paul Dhaliwal

Paul is a criminal defense lawyer who has been practicing law with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP since 2002. He first articled with the firm in 2000 and joined the firm as an associate after being called to the bar. Paul focuses his practice in the area of Criminal Law. Paul will defend you with respect to any type of criminal charge in Brampton, Toronto (GTA), Orangeville, Kitchener, Newmarket, Milton and throughout Ontario with respect to assault, theft, fraud, impaired driving, drug offences and other federal matters. In order to strengthen his knowledge regarding impairment and therefore his ability to successfully defend in matters involving impairment, Paul has completed the Intoxilyzer Breath Alcohol Technician course that is offered by ITD Ltd., the agents solely authorized in Intoxilyzer training in Canada. During his years at Prouse Dash & Crouch LLP, Paul has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
