Graduated from High School at Olathe East High School in 2011, and did a few years at Kansas State before returning home and getting a job at MKS Pipe and Valve. Started working for MKS in 2015 as a part-time order puller before working my way to a full-time counter associate. Left MKS in 2023 to begin working at my father's company, PM Contracting, in a purchasing role. With my warehouse experience, I was able to move into the Warehouse Manager position at PM within 6 months, and from here I've been working on optimizing our processes and developing new ones.
In my free time, I enjoy Golf, both with frisbees and balls, build computers, and generally mess with any cool tech stuff I can find.

Hilary Feltrop is the Safety Director at PM Contracting Inc., she has been with PM Contracting for over 6 years. Hilary works closely with the project managers and foreman in the field to make sure that the project(s) run safely by preforming safety audits and conducting safety training sessions. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace. Outside of work Hilary is a competitive shotgun shooter and competes all over the Midwest. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Sydney Martinez is the CFO at PM Contracting Inc. She started at PM Contracting as an intern in 2014. She has completed her bachelor's degree in accountancy at Kansas State University in 2017 and her master's degree in accountancy at UMKC in 2018. Sydney has served as the Chair of the Young Professional Committee through MCAKC, co-chair of the Networking Committee of SMACNA KC and Vice President of CFMA KC. Sydney is a proud supporter of K-State athletics, and a member of the KSU Alumni Association. She enjoys spending time with her family, two dogs, and friends as well as being outside whenever possible, including hiking, gardening, and playing sand volleyball.
