We are keen to enable Black early career researchers to develop their research experience portfolio and thrive in UK genomics science. We provide training, mentorship and support to drive each Fellow's career forward to support a more diverse pipeline of future talent... We would not be able to do our research without being able to draw on the diversity of experience, skills and knowledge of our staff. We aim to attract, recruit, retain and develop talent from the widest possible talent pool, thereby gaining insight and access to different markets to generate a greater impact on the world...
