Alison Zajdel

Alison Zajdel serves as a Philanthropy Advocate for the Stamm Koechlein Family Foundation. In this role, Alison helps our nonprofit partners tackle every day problems while looking for ways to help them expand their capacity. David A. Stamm

David Stamm grew up in Richmond, Indiana and attended university at Purdue. He moved to California to pursue a tech career at Intel, eventually leaving to form several successful Silicon Valley start-ups. He is the Founder and CEO of Uptick. He is an active poker player, both online and in tournaments, and once played at the table of a former World Series of Poker Tournament winner.

Linda Stamm Johnson - Treasurer

Linda was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana, but headed to Springfield, Missouri to earn her elementary education and Spanish degree from Evangel University. Linda currently works in Modesto, California as a substitute teacher. She and her husband, Curtis, have three children and several grandchildren, and in her spare time she enjoys reading and volunteering.

Maggie Johnson

Maggie spent ten years working in public affairs in Washington, DC, after graduating from Wheaton College in Illinois. She continues to work freelance, but most of her time is focused on raising her two boys in Cary, North Carolina. As a communications professional, she works with clients to build public affairs campaigns with an emphasis on digital advocacy, grassroots, and stakeholder outreach. She has worked on public policy issues at the city, state, and federal levels in sectors such as energy, finance, aviation, and healthcare. In her free time she enjoys cooking, sleeping, and being outdoors.

Monica Koechlein - President

Monica was raised in Winamac, Indiana. A teaching career in special education that spanned 16 years is what brought her to Richmond in 1996. In 2012, Monica assumed the presidency of SKFF and joined the Richmond Symphony Orchestra as its executive director in 2013. She enjoys serving the foundation board, RSO and the people of Richmond in varying roles. Through her commitment to strengthening the leadership of nonprofit organizations, Monica received the Art Vivian Community Distinguished Leader award through the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce and Charles A. Rodefeld Award for Leadership in Philanthropy through the Wayne County Foundation in 2020. She remains passionate about strengthening the community by forming unique collaborations to maximize resources and impact. She considers her greatest title to be that of Caleigh's Mother.
