Tom Neppl is the founder and President of Springs Fabrication, LLC. Since founding the company in 1986, Neppl has managed the growth from a two-man operation to one of the largest primary employers in the area. Neppl continually invests in the future by staying current with new methods and technology. He forges strong relationships and supports the growth of clients' businesses by offering unique services and capabilities. Neppl is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Industrial Electronics.
