The majority of our London tenants live in the seven boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Royal Greenwich, Lewisham, Bromley and Bexley. In Kent our tenants are mostly living in the seven districts, boroughs and local unitary authority areas of Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Dartford, Gravesham and Medway. Our landlords have historically resided in the UK and the EU - but as our reputation spreads, we are increasingly being asked to manage the UK property portfolios of landlords who live all over the world. As a consequence the number of properties we manage in West London are increasing as well, notably in the Royal Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing boroughs...
