While most people think of a perfect grade point average, in beverage speak, FOUR POINT ZERO® is a measurement of carbonation. Through years of developing beverages (and growing up in a bottling plant drinking the purest of seltzers), we have come to learn that 4.0 volumes of CO2 is the perfect level of carbonation for a glass-bottled seltzer.
