Curt Larson

Curt Larson has over 25 years of career experience in technology and product management. At Sharethrough, he leads the product and technology teams in creating an innovative ad exchange that is human-centric. His previous experience included spending 5 years at Deloitte Consulting managing large-scale systems implementation projects. Subsequently, he led the rollout of new mobile handsets and services for Vodafone in Tokyo, Japan. He then moved to Silicon Valley and led several product management teams, including as a founding employee at Jibe Mobile (now Google), growing and taking RingCentral public, and 10 years at Sharethrough, where he led the creation of the first native exchange and guided Sharethrough to a programmatic business model. He sits on the board of the IAB Tech Lab and has co-authored numerous programmatic specs with the IAB and is active in the industry. He has experience leading product, engineering, UX, analytics, business development, operations, marketing, and publisher sales.

Eileen Schloss

Eileen Schloss is a multidimensional, strategic and transformational human capital expert who has worked successfully and directly with CEOs and boards as a global chief human resources officer and for companies ranging from major global brands in the Fortune 500 to pre-IPO businesses needing to scale She has a growth track record and is experienced in, advising, mentoring and guiding HR strategy and operational elements of acquisitions from due diligence through full integration and divestitures. Prior to retirement, Schloss spent 4 years as the CHRO of Medidata, where she helped grow the company from $260M in revenue to $500M accelerating value creation by aligning strategy with organizational design, assessing and developing leadership and top-grading the leadership team. She serves on the Alteryx Board of Directors and is on the Compensation and Nom/Gov Committees. Additionally, she serves on the CCC IS Board of Directors and Chairs the Compensation Committee. Before Medidata, Schloss spent five years with Rovi Corp., (now Tivo) a publicly traded digital media entertainment software and services company, where she managed all workforce and human resources activity for 2500 employees worldwide. During her time with Rovi she managed 19 acquisitions or divestitures and focused on the cultural integration of each. Schloss held the top HR position for the prior 17 years, including Caspian Networks, Exodus Communications, AppGenesys, and Apple Computer. In these roles, she reported directly to CEO's and President's and served as their trusted advisor and coach helping them transform their companies to achieve their mission and growth objectives. In partnership with committee chairs Schloss has managed the compensation committee's for Medidata, Rovi, Caspian, Exoxus and Apple. Her extensive global experience includes work in Asia and Europe where she managed significant workforce issues, including union threats and Works Council negotiations. Schloss received her MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University and a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco. She completed the Directors' College at Stanford Law School and has earned Governance Fellow status from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

JF Cote is President & CEO, and board member of Sharethrough. With over 25 years' experience in business, and 15 years of experience building tech companies, JF is an experienced leader and a born innovator. JF Cote is the CEO of the company and he is a member of our board. With over 20 years' experience in business, JF is an experienced leader and a born innovator: co-founder of district m, he is the chief architect of the company's corporate strategy and provides leadership to sales and partnership initiatives. Under his leadership, district m has been recognized in Deloitte Fast 50 (Canada) / 500 (USA), and has been selected in the Deloitte Best Managed companies over the last 3 years. Since district m inception, the company has raised $50 million to fuel the growth globally. JF Cote has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Arista Emerging Entrepreneur in Canada. He holds an executive MBA from UQAM and a bachelor's degree in commerce with a specialization in Finance from University of Ottawa. JF is a CPA by training and serves as a member of multiple boards to support kids in their education and sports activities. Luc is a seasoned media executive with over 15 years of management and operations experience. He joined District M as his inception, bringing with him extensive experience in operations, finance, and people management. As COO, Luc leads our exchange and oversees our global services, operations, and our publisher's portfolio. His focus is on delivering world-class solutions to our valued publishers and agencies, while scaling operations to support our rapid growth. Luc has worked in digital advertising since 2004. Prior to joining District M, he held several positions at Yellow Pages, Auto Trader and Mediative in Finance and Operations. Luc is passionate about travelling and our planet by making sustainable choices and promoting zero waste practices, and he is very involved in our culture of diversity and inclusion. He holds an Executive MBA from UQAM.

Martial Vincent

Martial Vincent is a media-technology executive with more than 25 years of extensive management experience in the communications and high-tech fields. He is the President and CEO of TCP Cables, a recognized leader in the manufacture of electrical cable and harnesses headquartered in Québec, Canada. Vincent was previously the CEO of Varitron, a leading electronics assembly company. He also spent over 15 years as a producer in the entertainment industry, and held various management positions in the communications industry, including as Vice-President of Astral Media.

Martin Tremblay has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Solotech since June 2017. From 2008 to 2016, Martin was President of Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment in Los Angeles, CA, USA. Prior to this role, from 2006 to 2008, he was President of Vivendi Games Worldwide Studios in Los Angeles, CA, a world leader in video games. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Tremblay was President of Ubisoft Montreal, where he led the Montreal studios, strategically growing the company from 300 to 1,500 employees and playing an important leadership role in ensuring its remarkable creative and commercial success. He started his career in 1989 working at the family business in the construction industry, holding various senior management roles for almost ten years. Mr. Tremblay is also philanthropically involved in various organizations such as the Alzheimer Society, Centraide and many other charity organizations that support people in need.

Paul Ross - CFO

Paul Ross is an experienced public company CFO with the financial expertise required to meaningfully contribute to the growth of a pre-IPO or public company, specifically by chairing or serving on the Audit Committee or Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. In addition to his broad-based business acumen, Paul's expertise in the areas of finance, audit, Sarbanes-Oxley, IPOs, human resources, real estate, and executive and equity compensation plans make him uniquely qualified to provide leadership in these areas and be a valuable resource for management and the Board. Paul understands the importance of corporate culture to building performing and sustainable teams, thereby increasing productivity and the likelihood of achieving goals. He believes contribution, collaboration and EQ are the key drivers to achieving results. Paul is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Sharethrough, Inc., and VideoAmp, Inc., where he also serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer. As the first CFO of The Trade Desk, Inc. (TTD), Paul rapidly prepared the Company for its IPO while helping grow TTD's revenue more than 20x over five years. Paul and the TTD leadership team created more than $20 billion in market valuation over the same period as the company transitioned from being a private enterprise to a profitable, NASDAQ listed company. During that time, Paul negotiated and closed approximately $500 million in debt financings, a $60 million share buyback/tender offer, managed a complex cap table and designed/implemented equity compensation plans, all while building the corporate infrastructure teams (accounting/finance, treasury, tax, HR, legal, IT, real estate) from scratch in advance of the IPO. After leading the highly successful IPO, Paul spent several additional years continuing to grow TTD before retiring from the office of the CFO to focus on investing in and advising other companies. Earlier in his career, Paul held several CFO roles in technology or related industries, including for other publicly-traded companies. His experience at these companies included extensive capital raising and M&A activity. Two CFO positions were distressed situations around the 2008-2009 recession, where Paul and new management teams turned around the companies and rescued the existing shareholders from closure or bankruptcy. Prior to these CFO roles, Paul held progressive positions at Power-One, Inc., ARCO (now BP) and PWC. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Southern California, a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles and a CPA certification earned while at PWC. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Chapman University's Argyros School of Business and Economics MBA program. Paul currently resides with his family in Southern California.

Richard Ottoy

Richard Ottoy joins Sharethrough with over 18 years experience in the industry having held leadership positions at both ad tech companies and publishers. Most recently, Richard worked at OpenX running the publisher development team as well as being part of the European leadership team. In his last role, he grew from an individual contributor bringing on board some of the largest and most valuable customers to the regional VP managing teams across Europe and relationships with all the top level publishers. Richard has an excellent understanding of the technology behind digital monetization and the relationship skills to share that knowledge with his team and customers.

Rob Slifka

Rob has spent over twenty years as an engineer and engineering leader from electronic design automation to identity-based encryption and most recently ad tech. As a founding engineer at Sharethrough, he laid the groundwork and continues to steward an inclusive, creative, and highly collaborative engineering team. Grounded in Agile and Lean methodologies, engineering at Sharethrough has been executing an innovative product strategy, maximizing the time invested in differentiating products and technology, for over ten years. In 2015, Rob founded Calibrate - the first engineering conference focused on education and training resources for engineers moving into management. He continues to give back to the engineering community, donating his time to mentorship and speaking at organizations like Plato and Hackbright. Rob holds a B.Sc. from Simon Fraser University.

Stephan Marois

Stéphan Marois joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2007 where he is now Portfolio Manager. While at the Fonds, he has worked in the information technologies, aerospace, transportation, recreational tourism and financial services sectors. Mr. Marois has gained extensive experience in investments while working for leading Québec corporations such as Bombardier, CAE and Hydro-Québec. His achievements include participating in numerous financing projects and arrangements in Canada and abroad. Mr. Marois currently serves on the boards of various organizations. Holder of an MBA with a concentration in International Business from McGill University, he is also a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec. He has completed courses on securities, investment fund management and governance issues.
