Ali is our Production Scheduler, responsible for producing the complex master production schedules to ensure your tight deadlines are met. We pride ourselves in our OTIF record (On Time In Full), and Ali is the guardian of OTIF!
Andy looks after a variety of Blue-Chip Key Accounts, making their most complex issues disappear as though they never existed, and delighting his clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions. His specialities lie in the e-cig and Pet Care sectors.
Dan has been with Mercian Labels since 2011. He started off in sales and in that time his role has grown and developed in line with business demands. His tech-savvy brain keeps our ERP system up to date and relevant. We know what he does, Dan knows how he does it…
Dr Adrian Steele is the Managing Director.
He is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Adrian joined Mercian Labels in 2001 and is responsible for strategic direction, with a particular focus on acquisitions and new product development.
If you need help with variable data, barcode and medical labelling, call Fran! She works closely with Jason Woodhouse and specialises in these areas. What she doesn't know, she will find out at lightning speed, and her explanations will be delightfully jargon-free.

Hugo joined Mercian Labels in 2005 and is responsible for leading the customer-facing team and developing challenging sales and marketing strategies to meet purchasers requirements. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Directors
If you have contact with Simon Mashiter or Simon Meikle and have any questions about your orders, Jane is your office contact. Jason is our in-house expert with over 25 years of experience in variable data, barcodes and medical labelling. He also controls all of our global Gammatex® sterilisation indicator label sales.
Jean Michel brings a wealth of operational leadership expertise. He has worked in a number of World Class, blue-chip corporations such as Pernod Ricard and IDEMIA as well as international companies in the Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Engineering and Technology sectors. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Directors
If it's technically challenging or complex and difficult, Jon will make it happen. From programming Variable Data to solving substrate and adhesive combinations, if it needs doing but hasn't been done before, Jon is our first port of call. Want it solving? Jon's your man.

Mitchell joined us in 2022 with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Leadership, Manufacturing and Lean Principles. Most recently, he worked for a major world-class food manufacturer leading various teams and departments throughout the operation. Mitchell is fully focused on empowering our production team to continually improve our manufacturing standards.
Nichola is our Production Planner, and it's her job to make sure that the production lines are running efficiently, that all stock is being maintained in accordance with demand and that the plans are tightly controlled on a day to day basis.
