Mok Yong Yaw is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 20dB Hearing and also a Senior Audiologist. He graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with Bachelor of Audiology (Hons) in 2000. He specializes in speech audiometry and hearing aid fitting and counseling. After graduating, he worked as an audiologist at Siemens Medical Instruments Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2003. He was also a part-time clinical supervisor at UKM Audiology Clinic in 2001 - 2005. In the year 2008, he obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Melbourne. Now, he is based at our 20dB HQ office in Kuching.
