Susan L. Albertoni is a native Californian, born and raised in Oakdale. Susan practices in the areas of family law, criminal law, civil litigation. Susan's work in family law has included cases involving complex custody, visitation and support issues, as well as multi-million dollar marital estates with multiple complicated property issues. Susan was the prevailing appellate attorney in the published case of State of Oregon v. Vargas , 70 Cal. App. TH 1123, a landmark case involving child support.
