We created EXO in 2017 as a team of highly experienced business professionals with track records having created over $1bn in capital growth and as Directors experienced in running companies from $0 to $100bn turnover. We recognise that the standard consulting model is an inappropriate way for us to engage with clients. We wanted to take more accountability for our work, be measured and rewarded more closely in line with results, to learn faster than we taught: something which standard consulting fails to allow... We want to energise and enable new growth where it has the greatest chance of success.
