Cory Webb Media was founded in 2008 after Cory had spent 2 years moonlighting as a freelance web developer. He saw a growing need for skilled, reliable, and trustworthy developers, so he quit his day job, and the rest, as they say, is history... Cory Webb is a developer, speaker, author, and Joomla! specialist from Waco, Texas with over a decade of experience building world-class websites and applications... Cory Webb Media started in 2008 with a vision for providing world class web design and development services to help organizations large and small get up and running with open source content management systems (CMS). Later that year, Cory was approached by Wrox Press about writing a book to help beginners learn to build websites with Joomla, and he set out to write Beginning Joomla Web Site Development, which was published in April, 2009.
