Bruce served first three years of his career as a Captain and senior procurement attorney to the U.S. Army's Test and Evaluation Command. For the next five years he held several positions with Federal Government agencies and with the D.C. office of a large private firm, as a government contracts litigator (up to first chair in a $120M default termination case) and as compliance counsel. Bruce completed a 17 year career with Kiewit Corporation as Assistant General Counsel responsible for virtually all legal activity in the EPC arena (power, process, energy, offshore, and nuclear activities), including all legal and risk management standards, templates, and contract negotiation and formation protocols for EPC construction. He recruited and trained two attorneys, trained five commercial managers and developed an EPC contract cradle to grave training program for marketing, negotiation, risk assessment and mitigation, execution, administration, and claims preparation. Bruce also served as counsel for all legal activities in the Philippines, Indonesia and Venezuela, for antitrust and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance, and developed contract negotiation principles, guidance and training programs for the company. Bruce has an MBA from Rutgers along with his law degree from William & Mary and undergraduate degree in economics from Tulane, and he is a martial arts instructor with 32 years' experience.

George served for six years as Assistant General Counsel of a major gas turbine manufacturing company on all legal and risk management aspects of EPC projects in Mexico, Venezuela, Columbia, Guatemala, Bolivia, Ecuador, Panama, Argentina and Uruguay, from responses to requests for proposals to negotiating claims. George was also responsible for US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and all international employment issues. Subsequently George returned to private practice as partner and head of the Latin American Practice Group in the International Department of a major DC based law firm. There, George served as outside counsel on EPC projects in Latin America for many leading companies. He also has significant experience in supporting gas turbine manufacturing and service companies in preparing proposals for turbine engine service contracts in compliance with foreign government procurement requirements. George has also served as counsel to companies engaged in building, operating and maintaining renewable energy electric power generating facilities, including wind, solar and geothermal, both domestic and throughout Latin America. George obtained both his BA and JD from UCLA, and he is also fluent in Spanish.
