HeavenSent Records, a Chicago Based record company organized to help spread the word about God and His eternal favor on us... was started in September of 2006, by Eugene Smith Sr. and Clarissa Smith in Country Club Hills, Illinois. The gospel label was started in order to help his daughter Kristin Smith and wife Clarissa Smith immortalize their voices for the public. Eugene was the President, Clarissa Smith, Vice-President, Damita Cox, Marketing Director, and Kristin Smith a board member.
