More recently and for 5 years we supported the DWP Work Programme, again providing direct support to JCP Customers, but also training prime contract holders staff on CV writing, job hunting, and interview technique, many of whom were ex-recruitment consultants which reflects the high level of support we provide. When asked, staff within one prime contract holder highlighted that HtR was a provider 'they could not live without'... Set up in 2000 by an experienced recruiter who has recruited roles as diverse as: administrators, head of call centres, assistant chief probation officers, head of operations, PAs and plasterboard carriers - and pretty much every role in-between, HtR has established itself as a professional and well respected organisation in both the recruitment and outplacement fields...
