With a background in computer science, software engineering, and business administration, I bring a broad range of skills to the table from my experiences in a variety of industry and academic roles: business and technology consulting, product management, forming and leading software development teams, establishing sustainable software development processes, interoperability and standard development, security and privacy analysis, and research and discovery projects... Integration and interoperability, particularly in healthcare and in HL7 FHIR, and especially the privacy and security aspects, have been a consistent thread in my career and I have extensive experience in these areas, from contributing to standard specifications to leading the design and implementation of real products.
