NOVERHED - Key Persons
Daryl founded the company in 2008, starting the company in his home office. He has been in the Automation for 30 years progressing from instrumentation, control panel fabrication, through electrical engineering roles and Project Management Professional certification.
Daryl graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a Bachelor's degree of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering in 1993. He went on to graduate from University of Phoenix with a Master's in business administration with a focus on Technology Management in 2005. During the early years of Noverhed, Inc., Daryl spent time teaching at both of his alumni schools in Associates, Bachelors, and Master program level classes.
In his spare time Daryl enjoys riding motorcycles in the mountains of Appalachia, spending time with his doodle dogs, and BBQ's on the weekend.
Daryl's passion and the purpose of Noverhed has always been to create a favorable environment for the employees, nurture the pride in work and craftmanship, and pursue our work with our relationships first. Daryl continues to monitor the culture and client / vendor relationships, working to improve the company every day in some way.
Ron has been with Noverhed for 10 years and oversees the daily management of employees and projects. Ron had 15+ years of mechanical design and CNC experience. Since working at Noverhed Ron has specialized in advanced controls programming, drive programming, system integration, and safety implementation.
Ron Graduated from ITT Tech. with a B.S. in electrical engineering, since then Ron has completed several additional training courses to become efficient in Robot programming, PLC programming on various platforms.
In his free time Ron enjoys riding his motorcycle and hiking in the Local mountains.
Ron takes great pride in identifying the customers unique processes to deliver the best possible design and controls package to meet their needs. He enjoys the challenge of finding customer solutions.
