PLEASANT VIEW COMMUNITIES

For over 60 years, Pleasant View Communities has provided a flexible, carefree lifestyle and a commitment to quality care and service to its 400 residents in beautiful Lancaster County, PA. As a non-profit, Life Plan community, Pleasant View brings together the very best of faith-based living and modern health care, maintaining a full range of living options including apartments and cottages, Personal Care, Skilled Nursing Care, Rehabilitation and Memory Support... New leadership began renovations and new construction. More expansion occurred in 1982 and continued through the 1990s, adding personal care, apartments, cottages, special units for residents with dementia, and a core building. In 1993, Pleasant View attained new status as a continuing care retirement community, now named Pleasant View Retirement Community. Pleasant View became home for approximately 400 residents. In 2012 the J. Calvin Wenger Health and Wellness Center was completed and dedicated.
