Andrew McCarthy is a Web Developer based in Boston, MA... I started my career as a Web Developer at startups. Due to the nature of small companies, I was soon administering phone systems, networks, domains, production environments, etc. in addition to writing web applications and business tooling. My interest in Infrastructure as code and automation largely grew out of these experiences. I have an interest in automating away tasks that are repetitive or prone to human error. I love fixing processes that alleviate human suffering or enable faster iteration
